- Drive the architecture, development, and operational excellence of large-scale, data-intensive AI systems, ensuring reliability, observability, and performance at web scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least twelve years of experience designing and building data-intensive software systems, including four or more years focused on AI or machine-learning platforms.
- Four or more years of engineering-management experience, ideally within high-growth technology startups.
- Hands-on experience creating enterprise-grade, user-facing products that handle unstructured data such as natural language, images, or video.
- Proven success architecting production web-scale systems with attention to monitoring, telemetry, performance, reliability, and debuggability.
- Demonstrated ability to build career-development programs, including ladders and mentorship initiatives, that help engineering organizations scale.
