About the Role

We are searching for a Director of E-commerce to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping our direct-to-consumer strategy to accelerate revenue growth. You will guide a talented team in managing our digital presence, ensuring that every customer interaction with our website is seamless, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives online revenue and provides a best-in-class omnichannel experience for our customers.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and project managers to maintain and enhance our web platform.
• Analyze website performance and funnel metrics to generate actionable insights that improve conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience managing e-commerce strategies within a fast-growing CPG environment.
• Technical proficiency with Shopify, React, and the Adobe Suite.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence at our corporate office.
