The role
We are hiring a Director of Digital Marketing on a full-time hybrid basis. The position is based in the United States and calls for director-level experience. You will report to the CMO and lead our demand generation function, shaping strategy and execution across digital channels while guiding a dedicated team.
Core responsibilities
- Build and run a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through SEO, paid media, email marketing, ABM, and website optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the demand generation team, set clear KPIs, and coordinate with content, product marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality leads that support revenue targets.
- Oversee multi-channel campaign execution and budget allocation, track performance with robust analytics, and continuously refine tactics to improve ROI and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and experience
You bring at least eight years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, including three years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. You have a proven record of developing and executing multi-channel demand programs that include paid digital and website optimization. Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, ABM, sponsorships, and intent-based marketing is essential, along with hands-on experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Excellent analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to present insights to executive leadership are expected. You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and you thrive when collaborating across functions.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a hybrid work arrangement that requires two days per week on site in the Boston office.
