We are looking for a dynamic Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in Canada and lead our efforts in driving revenue through innovative demand generation and web marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on demand generation, account-based marketing, web optimization, and content delivery.
- Shape our digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with our overall go-to-market goals and brand positioning.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and problem-solving to tackle complex marketing challenges and achieve measurable objectives.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of digital campaigns and maintain operational efficiency across all marketing processes.
- Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to accelerate the revenue pipeline and execute high-priority initiatives.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, including 4 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven success in B2B marketing, specifically within the tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions space.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, web marketing, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, results-oriented decisions.
- Experience working with modern marketing technologies, such as automation platforms and intent-based engines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
