Key outcomes

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid social, video, display, and emerging channels.
• Drive new customer acquisition by continuously testing, experimenting, and optimizing channel performance.
• Own the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators, specifically focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost and overall acquisition volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine creative assets and improve conversion metrics like CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Lead the development of our marketing technology roadmap and select the tools necessary to scale our efforts effectively.
• Partner with product and merchandising departments to enhance the onsite customer experience and represent the digital marketing function in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to build reporting systems and derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth and operational cost efficiencies.
• Proficiency in managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
• A proactive, scrappy, and entrepreneurial approach to solving problems in a startup setting.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within a retail business model that manages 1,000 or more SKUs.
