The opportunity

We are searching for a Director of Digital Design to guide the evolution of our software ecosystem. In this role, you will shape the digital experience for our customers, our creative partners, and our internal manufacturing teams. You will act as both a strategist and a hands-on practitioner, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects our commitment to quality and innovation. By leading our design team, you will help us maintain our competitive edge while building tools that make high-quality design more accessible than ever.

A day in the life

• You will manage our talented product design team, aligning our creative output with our broader business goals and long-term vision.
• You will build and maintain a scalable design system that creates a seamless, consistent experience across our consumer shop, creator portal, and internal manufacturing software.
• You will conduct deep user research to uncover the needs of our diverse audience, turning those insights into intuitive and functional design strategies.

Who you are

You are a seasoned design leader with at least 8 years of experience in digital product design, including 3 years in a management capacity. You possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design for both consumer-facing and B2B platforms. You are fluent in industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch, and you have a proven track record of implementing robust design systems. You communicate effectively in English, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration is key to solving complex problems.
