Director of Design at NimbleRx

What you bring

As our Director of Design, you will serve as the highest-ranking design leader at NimbleRx, reporting directly to our CTO. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. You will hold full responsibility for the design function, collaborating closely with our CEO, founder, and leaders across engineering, product, marketing, and operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Building and managing a high-performing, combined team of design and UX research professionals.
• Overseeing service design, product design, and UX research across all customer segments, including patients, pharmacies, and life science enterprise partners.
• Leading the design strategy for our suite of internal tools and service workflows to support our internal teams.

Requirements

We are looking for an executive-level professional who possesses a deep background in service design, product design, and UX research. You should have over 10 years of experience creating compelling designs with the ability to remain hands-on, alongside at least 5 years of experience coaching and leading effective teams. We value candidates who have designed for both consumer and business-facing products. You must be an excellent communicator and a gifted storyteller who is focused on delivering measurable outcomes. Fluency in English is required, and you should be an influential leader who has a proven track record of creating significant value in previous roles.
