What is this role?
This is a full-time, executive-level Director of Demand Generation position. The role operates on a hybrid schedule and centers on shaping and executing the demand generation strategy that fuels growth across multiple products and customer segments.
What will you do?
- Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team while defining the overall strategy, plan, and metrics that guide multichannel campaigns and programs.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and pipeline generation through integrated efforts that span email, paid digital, content syndication, social, direct mail, and ABM initiatives.
- Partner closely with field marketing, product and content marketing, sales, business development, and marketing operations to build cohesive plans and own reporting on lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring more than ten years of demand generation and marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including at least four years building or leading teams of high-performing individual contributors. Strong analytical skills, proven success improving performance, and comfort managing budgets and agency relationships are essential. You communicate clearly at the executive level and across functions, and you thrive in dynamic environments where you can stay both strategic and hands-on. Experience in real estate, mortgage, or fintech is helpful but not required. English fluency is needed for this role.
