What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and support our ambitious growth targets.
- You will partner closely with our sales team to ensure that our lead quality remains high and that our campaign goals are perfectly aligned with revenue objectives.
- You will take charge of optimizing our lead nurturing workflows by leveraging marketing automation tools and deep CRM integration.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the financial services or SaaS sectors. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in demand generation, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage and track performance.
- Strong data analysis skills that allow you to turn complex metrics into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional project management abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in leading and growing a team within a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
