Veza is a pioneering identity security company that helps global organizations visualize and manage access permissions across their cloud and on-premise infrastructure. We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our leadership team and help us scale our impact as we build an iconic company in the data security space.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and refine comprehensive marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, podcasts, and advertising programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to ensure our go-to-market strategies align with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Manage the demand generation budget to ensure efficient allocation across all marketing channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and demonstrate clear return on investment.
- Develop customer-centric programs that address the specific needs of buyers at every stage of their journey.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in demand generation, with a minimum of 2 years specifically within a B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from the initial planning phase through to final execution.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on building measurement frameworks to track and improve campaign outcomes.
- A deep understanding of how enterprise organizations make purchasing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
