What is this role?
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Canada. This is a leadership position that requires significant experience in digital marketing. You will be at the center of our growth efforts, taking ownership of our demand generation strategy and helping us reach new audiences in the B2B tech space.
What will you do?
- Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of our paid marketing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and X, ensuring every dollar is optimized for impact.
- Collaborate with our sales, product, and design teams to ensure our marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with our broader business goals.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns for B2B technology companies. We value candidates who have worked in startup environments and understand the unique challenges of scaling a brand. You should be a polished writer who can craft compelling copy for landing pages and advertisements alike.
Your technical toolkit should include:
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot.
- Strong experience with SEM, SEO, and Google Ads.
- A solid grasp of SQL and basic data science principles to help us track lead attribution and funnel analytics.
- A deep understanding of LinkedIn advertising and UTM tracking best practices.
If you have experience working with enterprise data, open source technologies, or the AI industry, you will likely feel right at home here. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with creative optimization and landing page testing to ensure our messaging always hits the mark.
