The role
We are seeking a high-energy Director of Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position for a dynamic marketing leader who is ready to take ownership of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities that expand the reach of Hypori Halo across the federal, defense, and healthcare markets. If you are a data-driven strategist who thrives on turning analytics into actionable results, we want you on our team.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that address the specific needs of the Department of Defense and healthcare industries.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management across multiple channels, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content syndication, to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through the sales funnel.
Skills and experience
- At least eight years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within the SaaS industry and with exposure to government or healthcare sectors.
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable growth.
- Technical proficiency with modern marketing tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and Salesloft.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to use data from platforms like Google Analytics to optimize performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a preference for candidates located near our Austin, Texas, or Reston, Virginia offices.
