What you bring
As our Director of Demand Generation, you will lead our growth strategy and customer acquisition efforts in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for building a predictable sales pipeline and optimizing the buyer journey for our technical audience. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Growth Strategy: Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and events to drive engagement and qualified leads.
- Pipeline Development: Partnering with sales leadership to align marketing programs with revenue goals and improve conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Managing reporting for all demand generation efforts, focusing on ROI and key growth metrics to inform future strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space. You should possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven experimentation, and the ability to communicate complex results to senior leadership. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce is essential. While a 4-year degree is preferred, we value relevant work experience and a proven track record of executing sales-aligned strategies. What we offer
