What is this role?
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join us in Canada on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level role that requires a leader who can take ownership of our digital marketing strategy. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to grow our top-of-funnel leads and ensure our marketing efforts are measurable and effective.
What will you do?
- Design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and fuel our revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of our paid marketing presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and X to ensure we reach the right audience.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and design teams to align our marketing initiatives with our broader business goals and product roadmap.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of experience running paid social campaigns within the B2B tech or startup space. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both the creative and technical sides of marketing. Key qualifications include:
- A deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and SEO.
- Technical proficiency with HubSpot, along with basic data science and SQL skills to help track and analyze our performance.
- A strong grasp of marketing data structures, including UTM tracking and pixel management.
- Excellent writing skills for creating high-converting landing pages and ad copy.
- Experience in the AI or enterprise data space is highly preferred.
