The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and report directly to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you will be the architect of our growth strategy, responsible for building brand awareness and creating a robust pipeline for our sales organization. You will fit right in if you are a strategic thinker who loves using data to refine performance and are eager to help us scale our reach within the fintech sector.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that blend inbound and outbound tactics, including content, email, and social media marketing to meet our business objectives.
- You will manage our paid media presence across platforms like Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, working closely with agency partners to ensure every campaign is optimized for maximum impact.
- You will collaborate across departments, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure our messaging is aligned and our lead hand-off processes are seamless and effective.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within the SaaS space. You have a sharp analytical mind and a proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing improvements. You are comfortable leading teams, managing agency relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where you can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details. You possess deep technical proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and various digital advertising platforms. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in a collaborative, high-energy culture where self-starters are encouraged to innovate.
