What you bring

As our Director of Demand Generation, you will serve as a key member of our marketing team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Canada. You will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive digital strategies that amplify our brand and drive high-quality leads into our funnel. Your daily focus will involve the following core responsibilities:

• Designing and managing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and various social media channels to maximize brand awareness and revenue.
• Developing and implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies while tracking performance metrics to ensure we meet our growth targets.
• Creating compelling content, including blog posts and multimedia ad materials, to engage our target audience and support our overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate who combines creative marketing talent with a technical mindset. You should have at least five years of experience managing paid social campaigns for B2B technology companies, ideally within a startup environment. You must possess a deep understanding of marketing data structures, including UTM tracking and pixel implementation. We require a polished writer who can craft persuasive copy for landing pages and ads. Furthermore, you should be a power user of HubSpot and have a working knowledge of SQL and basic data science principles to help us analyze our campaign impact. A background in the AI or enterprise data space is highly valued.
