We are currently looking for a strategic Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and lead our efforts in funnel optimization and revenue growth.

Key outcomes

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy in collaboration with sales and product marketing to surpass our pipeline and opportunity goals.
  • Create a reliable lead generation engine that utilizes our high-quality content, educational resources, and virtual programming.
  • Design and implement a strategic account-based marketing program to drive awareness and engagement within our most valuable target accounts.
  • Manage and optimize a diverse channel mix, including LinkedIn, Google, email, and inbound SEO efforts.
  • Establish lifecycle marketing initiatives that ensure consistent brand engagement throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Maintain a deep partnership with the sales organization to refine our understanding of target profiles and improve campaign performance through a continuous feedback loop.
  • Take full ownership of funnel metrics, fostering a data-driven culture by defining KPIs and using analytics to drive ongoing program improvements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing.
  • A proven track record of building and executing enterprise-level demand generation strategies across various paid and organic channels while consistently exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Strong expertise in account-based marketing strategies and associated tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders.
  • The ability to function as a hands-on executor while effectively managing a team.

Preferred qualifications

  • An MBA is highly desirable.
  • Experience leveraging AI automation to support lead generation and BDR workflows.
