What you bring
As our Director of Demand Generation Marketing, you will serve in an executive, full-time capacity to design and execute a revenue strategy that accelerates our enterprise services business. You will report directly to the CRO and manage a diverse team of marketing managers, SDRs, and web developers to ensure our pipeline goals are met. This role is available to candidates located anywhere, with a hybrid work mode available.
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with our sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the entire marketing funnel, from inquiry to SQL, while optimizing performance and maintaining a predictable demand generation engine.
- Lead, nurture, and develop a high-performance team while managing marketing budgets and reporting on key ROI metrics.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B enterprise software or complex technical markets. You should possess a degree and demonstrate a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, particularly regarding conversion rate optimization and marketing spend allocation. We are looking for someone who balances high-level strategy with tactical execution. You must be fluent in English and have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM systems like SFDC. A proven track record in managing SDR teams and executing integrated campaigns across earned, paid, and owned channels is essential for success in this role.
