Role at a glance
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Demand Generation Marketing to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to drive our global marketing strategy while collaborating with a high-performing, distributed team.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with our sales objectives to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of marketing program managers, SDRs, and website developers to build a high-performance culture focused on measurable results.
- Own the entire marketing funnel, from initial inquiry to SQL, while optimizing conversion rates and ensuring our marketing spend delivers maximum ROI.
What you'll need
- Extensive leadership experience in demand generation, ideally within the B2B enterprise software sector or complex technical markets.
- Deep expertise in marketing technology stacks, including HubSpot and Salesforce, alongside a strong command of data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Proven success managing integrated campaigns across earned, paid, and owned channels, such as SEO, SEM, PPC, event sponsorships, and webinars.
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute tactically, supported by a degree and excellent communication skills in English.
- Direct experience working with or managing SDR teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales velocity.
