Textio is on a mission to help organizations build diverse, high-performing teams by removing bias from the talent lifecycle. We are currently looking for a Director of Demand Gen to lead our growth strategy and turn our strong brand presence into a predictable sales pipeline as we prepare to launch an exciting new product.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quarterly demand generation strategies to attract qualified leads and ensure seamless transitions to our sales team.
- Manage the full funnel, including lead scoring, nurturing, automation, and overall flow.
- Refine our existing sales-led growth engine while spearheading new product-led growth initiatives.
- Lead a weekly cross-functional pipeline council and maintain dashboards to track performance against revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our design team to optimize the website for better engagement and conversion.
- Enhance our technical SEO to boost organic discoverability and search performance.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for our marketing technology stack.
- Segment target accounts and audiences to drive more effective outbound prospecting and personalized marketing campaigns.
Must-haves
- Proven leadership experience in demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, specifically regarding dashboard management and workflow creation.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and strategy.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A low-ego approach combined with a strong point of view and a commitment to DEIB.
