Role at a glance
We are looking for a visionary Director of Creative & Content to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be the driving force behind our brand identity and content strategy, ensuring that our messaging resonates with a global audience of elite sports organizations.
Your impact
- Own the creative vision for our brand, leading the development of cohesive campaigns across digital, print, video, and social media channels.
- Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to final decision-making.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists to foster a culture of innovation and high-quality output.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in creative and content roles within a SaaS B2B environment, including 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- A proven track record of building successful creative campaigns and content strategies that drive measurable brand awareness.
- Deep expertise in multichannel content creation, with a sharp eye for storytelling and a strong grasp of performance analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical features into engaging, human-centric messaging.
- A passion for the sports industry, with prior experience in sports marketing considered a major asset.
