Role at a glance
We are looking for a Director of Corporate Communications and Content to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote leadership position open to candidates based in the United States. You will serve as the primary steward of our brand voice, leading our public relations and content strategies to establish Tropic as the definitive thought leader in the procurement and SaaS space.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication roadmap that aligns our brand voice with our core business objectives.
- Lead our public relations efforts, including media relations, crisis communications, and press releases, while managing a content marketing manager to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact content across the entire funnel, including research reports, blogs, social media campaigns, and webinars.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of SaaS and communication strategy. We are looking for a resilient self-starter with the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in journalism, copywriting, or corporate communications.
- Proven expertise in SEO best practices and content marketing.
- A strong ability to translate complex procurement and finance concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with a track record of working closely with senior management and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, journalism, or English.
