We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to join our team as the Director of Content. At Conviva, we provide the leading platform for understanding and optimizing digital customer experiences. Our technology captures comprehensive, real-time telemetry across all devices, helping industry giants like Disney, NBC, and the NFL maximize their revenue and customer satisfaction. We are based in Foster City, California, and we want you to help us shape our brand voice and expand our reach to new markets.

What you'll be doing

You will own our content marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and building a robust pipeline that aligns with our broader business objectives.
You will manage our SEO and organic traffic performance, ensuring that our digital presence effectively reaches and engages our target audience.
You will build and lead a high-performing team of content creators, overseeing the entire lifecycle of asset development from initial strategy and writing to final publication and performance analysis.

What you'll bring

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative writing, or a related field.
You have over 10 years of professional experience creating marketing and sales collateral, such as research reports, e-books, blogs, and website copy.
You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building teams and managing agency partners.
You demonstrate expert project management abilities and the capacity to deliver results on time.
You have excellent communication skills and the executive presence required to present data and strategy to senior leadership.
You are fluent in English and have a deep passion for every stage of the content development process, including writing, editing, and design.

What you'll get

The salary range for this full-time role is $200,000 to $250,000. In addition to your base compensation, you will receive equity in the company.
