We are reimagining the entire financial workflow and service experience for entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on undigitized industries like construction and logistics. Our growth is rapid, currently at 35% month over month, and we are on a clear path to becoming cash flow positive. With over 1.2 trillion dollars in annual card spend available in our target market, we are successfully winning over customers from major incumbents. We operate as a fully remote team and are looking for mission-driven individuals to help us scale.
The role
We are looking for a Director of Content Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level, remote position that allows you to work from anywhere. You will be a key leader in shaping our brand voice and defining how we communicate with our diverse audience as we continue our rapid expansion.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our comprehensive content strategy, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand values and effectively engages our target market.
- Drive brand growth by managing SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization, while overseeing website architecture to maximize impact across organic, paid, and referral channels.
- Collaborate on product launches by crafting compelling messaging and producing high-quality resources, such as whitepapers and case studies, to support our sales team and partners.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing content strategy at B2B startups, specifically focusing on SMBs and mid-market companies.
- A proven track record of handling both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation across multiple marketing channels.
- Deep expertise in search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization, covering both technical and content-based aspects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set ambitious goals, track progress, and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Experience creating diverse content assets, including written, interactive, and video formats.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- A hands-on, adaptable mindset that thrives in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup.
