About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Content Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal executive-level position where you will steer our content strategy to new heights. You will be responsible for molding our company culture, cultivating a unique brand voice, and refining how we connect with our diverse professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our overall content strategy, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and effectively reaches our target audiences.
- Drive brand narrative through innovative initiatives, utilizing SEO, CRO, SEM, and website architecture to engage users across organic, paid, and referral channels.
- Collaborate on product launches by crafting compelling messaging and producing high-quality resources, such as market insights whitepapers and customer profiles, to support our sales team and partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience managing content strategy for B2B startups, specifically within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
- A proven track record of handling both strategy and implementation across multiple marketing channels, including deep expertise in search engine and conversion rate optimization.
- A strong, metric-oriented mindset with the ability to set ambitious targets and make real-time adjustments based on performance data.
- Experience creating diverse assets, including written content, interactive media, and video.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- A highly adaptable nature with a deep understanding of the startup lifecycle.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
