You, the Director of Content Marketing of our dreams, are experienced in building a community of fanatic brand advocates through engaging content. As a result of your creative content strategies, you will increase brand reputation, advocacy, loyalty, and retention.
You want to create a strategy for content that people actually want to read. Not keyword-stuffing content. Impactful, insightful content with a point of view.
You are personable, outgoing, independent, and love coming up with creative ideas with the marketing team. You enjoy creating, writing, and executing content strategy, through and through. You own your projects and push for what you think will work best for the company long-term.
In this role, you will join our Sales & Marketing team and be directly reporting to our Director of Marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and lead the content strategy, production and content ops teamIdentify content needs and manage the content development process end-to-end including strategy development, project management, production timelines, implementation, evaluation of campaign performanceLeverage and amplify customer feedback in content strategy development, including surveys and focus groupsWork internally to identify, recruit, and coordinate with the best SME to provide input for collaboration on content developmentDevelop plans to syndicate content captured at events in post-event campaignsWork closely with senior leaders to understand key messaging for a multitude of product lines to build successful brand campaigns, thought leadership, or co-marketing opportunitiesWhat You Offer

Work Environment RequirementsAs a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
