Responsibilities
- Act as the primary architect for our marketing function, overseeing performance across all channels including search, social, SEO, TV, radio, print, and partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Lead customer acquisition strategy to drive large-scale growth and conversion.
- Manage retention programs focused on increasing customer lifetime value through lifecycle marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Refine our testing processes to efficiently scale marketing budgets across new tactics and channels.
- Leverage advanced marketing technology and vendor partnerships to enhance our capabilities.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, ensuring deep understanding of multi-channel attribution and the customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified brand approach across customer service and distribution.
- Manage creative and media agency relationships to ensure effective brand messaging and campaign impact.
Must-haves
- Over 15 years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary marketing organizations with significant budgets.
- A proven track record of building and motivating teams within high-growth technology environments.
- The ability to think like an owner, manage a P&L, and understand diverse business disciplines.
- Expertise in developing and communicating comprehensive B2C strategies across digital, performance, and brand marketing.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and targeted social media programs.
- Experience scaling marketing budgets through iterative testing and flawless execution.
- A relentless focus on representing the customer while maintaining business effectiveness.
- Proficiency in English.
