What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute sophisticated outbound campaigns using channels like email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn to secure opportunities with our most important priority accounts.
- You will mentor and grow a team of highly capable Business Development Representatives, providing the coaching and support they need to consistently hit our ambitious sales goals.
- You will lead our strategic planning and cross-functional coordination, ensuring our go-to-market team has a robust, qualified pipeline and the data-driven insights necessary to succeed.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in business development and team leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, specifically with a track record of creating opportunities for sales and go-to-market teams.
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with modern marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling presentations.
- A preference for candidates who have a working knowledge of logistics, warehouse automation, or the robotics industry.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive annual base salary ranging from $205,000 to $240,000, depending on your specific experience, skills, and education. In addition to your base pay, you will receive the following:
