What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be a hands-on contributor, working directly with our CEO to identify new opportunities and expand our engineering services footprint. This role is open to candidates located anywhere.

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new engineering services business to meet company revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with our solutions architects and engineering teams to ensure the technical viability of every project proposal.
  • Represent Moonsong Labs as our outward face at industry events and conferences while managing long-term relationships with our clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and growth. You should possess a strong background in selling complex software services, particularly to audiences within the traditional finance and fintech sectors. We value candidates who have a pre-existing network in these domains and a deep interest in the crypto space, specifically regarding Ethereum and Solana. You must be highly organized, capable of managing your own pipeline without constant supervision, and possess the analytical skills required to evaluate technical and financial risks. Proficiency in English is required, along with the ability to negotiate complex contracts autonomously.
