Role at a glance
We are seeking an Executive-level Director of Business Development to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere while collaborating with our diverse, multidisciplinary team.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives, providing the coaching and support necessary to consistently hit our ambitious sales targets.
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn, to capture opportunities within our priority accounts.
- Partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy, using data-driven insights and CRM analytics to optimize our pipeline and drive sustainable growth.
What you'll need
You should have at least 10 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of owning pipeline creation for go-to-market teams. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English. While not required, familiarity with warehouse automation, logistics, or the robotics industry will give you a significant advantage.
Perks and compensation
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,000 to $240,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following:
