The role
We are looking for an executive-level Director of Business Development to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a critical leadership position where you will own the strategy and execution required to build a robust pipeline for our go-to-market efforts. You will lead our team of Business Development Representatives, utilizing a cutting-edge tech stack and digital demand signals to secure opportunities with our most important priority accounts.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of business development professionals, offering the coaching and support necessary to exceed sales goals.
- Partner with our sales and cross-functional teams to identify key market segments and strategic opportunities that drive overall business growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to our team:
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of creating opportunities for sales and go-to-market teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A working knowledge of robotics, logistics, or warehouse automation is considered a significant asset.
- Fluency in English is required.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,000 to $240,000. The final offer will be determined based on your unique experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, we offer the following:
