Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's goals, values, and target audience, ensuring our brand remains competitive and distinctive.Consumer Insights & Market Analysis: Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions, enabling AstroPay to effectively differentiate and capture market share.Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage the social media and design teams, and any additional teams you establish to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation across all channels
- Social Media: Generate the strategy for social media, identifying the most relevant channels for our target audience and manage implementation and execution on a global scale
- Creative Direction: Lead the creative development of brand marketing campaigns to motivate our target audience and drive engagement, overseeing the creation of compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice and mission.Community Building & Engagement: Spearhead community efforts to build a loyal AstroPay user base, leveraging insights to foster a strong, engaged community around our brand.
- Brand Consistency: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms.
Core Competencies:
- Brand Development: Deep understanding of brand architecture, brand equity measurement, and the ability to develop a brand from the ground up or through rebranding initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and consumer research platforms to gather insights, track brand performance, and inform strategy adjustments.
- Communication Design: Knowledge of design principles, typography, and the visual language that communicates the brand’s identity and values cohesively across all touchpoints.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals.
- Creative Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading creative development and crafting messaging and campaigns that captivate and engage.
