We’re looking for a Director of Analytics to lead marketing technology and data initiatives at Noom, a digital healthcare company that combines content, coaching, and clinical support to help millions of people build healthier habits.
Responsibilities
- Design and roll out scalable marketing technology solutions that drive direct-to-consumer growth.
- Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning to evaluate marketing performance and forecast trends.
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into clear recommendations for marketing teams.
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools such as MMPs, media mix models, customer data platforms, tag management, and conversion-rate optimization platforms.
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Guide a small team of data scientists, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality, innovative work.
- Partner with marketing, engineering, and data science groups to integrate data sources and maintain data integrity.
- Track emerging trends and technologies in marketing analytics and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Must-haves
- At least six years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proven success applying MMP, media mix modeling, and conversion-rate optimization techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Braze).
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their core metrics, including SEO, PPC, paid social, social media, and email.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS or Databricks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
