Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Amazon Marketplace to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership role where you will define our long-term strategy and manage the profit and loss for our Amazon business unit. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and work from anywhere to help us scale our presence on the platform.
Your impact
- Own the Amazon strategy and financial plan by creating a three-year vision, maintaining an 18-month strategic roadmap, and managing the P&L to ensure a profitable and growing business.
- Lead all marketplace operations, including catalog management, advertising, seasonal campaign planning, and inventory oversight to ensure flawless execution and brand health.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with our product, merchandising, and marketing teams to integrate our Amazon strategy into our broader organizational goals and ensure a consistent customer experience.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in Amazon marketplace leadership within a 3P environment.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and advertising strategy.
- A track record of successful strategic planning, including building roadmaps that deliver profitable growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI dashboards, with the ability to manage large catalogs of over 3,000 SKUs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex business insights clearly to executive teams.
- A self-motivated mindset with a talent for building processes and collaborating effectively across departments.
- Fluency in English.
