We are currently looking for a Director of Acquisition to join our team on a 12-month contractor basis. At MOO, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of customized products, and this role is vital to our mission. As a key member of our marketing and company leadership, you will focus on driving new customer growth and revenue. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, and we ask that you be present in one of our offices 2 to 3 days each week.
Responsibilities
- Lead our acquisition strategy by executing plans that prioritize new customer growth and revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor our team to boost brand reputation while meeting short-term demand goals.
- Create sustainable and predictable acquisition strategies across e-commerce and lead generation channels while utilizing tools like Braze and Snowflake to refine our results.
Requirements
We are looking for a leader with extensive experience in digital marketing and a proven ability to influence metrics like conversion rates, lead generation, and customer lifetime value. You should have a strong background in building omnichannel strategies and a deep understanding of how to use data analytics to improve campaign performance.
