We are expanding our global Growth Marketing team at Smartly and are looking for a Director of Account Based Marketing to lead our ABM strategy across North America and Europe. This full-time hybrid role offers the chance to shape high-impact programs that connect directly with revenue goals while working alongside Sales, Event Marketing, Paid Media, and SDR teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale ABM programs by collaborating with Sales leadership and the VP of Growth Marketing to pinpoint focus areas that drive revenue growth.
- Build and execute 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns tailored to key accounts, partnering closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver integrated, region-specific initiatives.
- Own the optimization of 6Sense across Sales and Marketing, translate growth campaigns into targeted account lists and outreach content with SDRs, and leverage AI to improve content creation and website performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies, preferably within SaaS, including at least 3 years running ABM campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus, along with strong skills in campaign planning, data analytics, and paid acquisition programs.
- Proven ability to understand multiple buyer personas, craft tailored messaging, and deliver clear communication while collaborating across internal teams.
