About the Role
We are hiring a Director, NOAM Marketing on a full-time basis. In this senior position you will guide our North American demand-generation efforts, leading integrated campaigns that span the entire customer journey and directly influence pipeline and revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation and acceleration of pipeline and pipeline velocity for North America, ensuring marketing programs consistently deliver measurable results for the sales organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of campaign managers and field marketers, building their skills so they can execute at the highest level and advance their careers.
- Design and orchestrate fully integrated campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion, incorporating predictive account-based marketing and targeted expansion plays that support customer growth.
Requirements
- Eight or more years of progressive demand-generation and marketing leadership experience, including a proven record of driving rapid pipeline growth that fuels substantial bookings.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, uncover new insights, and translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to align marketing, product, sales, and executive stakeholders around shared goals.
- Demonstrated success as a project manager who consistently meets timelines while balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
- Experience leading teams across field marketing, integrated campaigns, top-of-funnel programs, expansion initiatives, and predictive account-based marketing.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this position is $144,000 – $215,000.
