The opportunity
We are searching for a Director, New Digital Experiences to lead the charge in creating and executing our health content experience. This is a pivotal role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to take our health courses from zero to one. You will turn our executive vision into a reality by building innovative digital products that provide genuine value to expecting and new parents. By working across our engineering, marketing, and partnership teams, you will ensure that our new health offerings resonate deeply with our audience and deliver a significant, positive impact.
A day in the life
- Own the end-to-end product experience by shaping the direction, user experience, and content strategy for our new health courses.
- Drive the development process from scratch, which includes scoping user research, defining the product roadmap, and building the core infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to balance technical feasibility with business impact while using data and insights to iterate and refine our offerings.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of experience in product management or content strategy, and you have a proven history of launching digital products that achieve strong market fit. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoy the fast-paced nature of a startup environment. Your toolkit includes:
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and a deep understanding of how to leverage user insights.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to influence and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- A solid grasp of content strategy, storytelling, and marketing channels, specifically regarding how to position products for organic distribution.
- Fluency in English.
