Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position for an experienced Director level professional. While our headquarters are based in Chicago, you can work from anywhere within the continental United States. Please note that this role requires occasional travel to our Chicago office to collaborate with the team in person.
Your impact
- Build a robust Insights function that empowers our Sales and Marketing teams while driving revenue through product innovation and retail expansion.
- Create and refine client-facing reporting to ensure we meet business objectives, while providing bespoke support for our top-tier clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics requests, partnering with our internal teams to translate business needs into effective, data-driven strategies.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who brings deep expertise in digital media and a passion for research. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital media measurement.
- A proven ability to develop and execute shopper research and ad effectiveness reporting.
- Strong knowledge of CPG and Retail Media Networks.
- The ability to influence change through compelling storytelling and clear communication.
- An MBA or MS degree is considered a plus.
