Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in London, UK. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Director level. You will serve as the senior marketing lead for the EMEA region, reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer in Los Angeles while collaborating closely with our regional leadership in the UK.
Your impact
- You will architect and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with our global brand priorities while driving growth and engagement across the EMEA region.
- You will lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing, multi-functional marketing team to elevate our brand presence across digital, retail, and social channels.
- You will manage regional marketing budgets and foster long-term partnerships with agencies, artists, and influencers to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable ROI and cultural impact.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a deep passion for music and a proven track record of brand leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and managing agencies at a prominent B2C brand.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing annual marketing plans that span digital, PR, influencer marketing, and retail channels.
- A strong understanding of the European marketplace and proven success in driving GTM processes across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization.
- A CIM qualification is required, and a degree in marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued.
