The role

We are seeking a Director, Marketing to join our team in Canada on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a strategic mindset to drive profitable growth for our Canadian business. You will operate in a hybrid work environment, acting as a key thought partner across our finance, technology, and operations departments while representing our brand to executive leadership teams.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of our national marketing calendar, media strategy, and promotional windows to ensure we meet our sales and profit goals.
  • Manage relationships with our National Advertising Board of franchisees, as well as our external creative, media, and PR agency partners.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing strategies and menu innovation, ensuring our brand remains competitive and resonant in the Canadian market.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in brand strategy and team leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, and planning.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role, with a proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in multi-channel retail, quick service restaurants, or franchised business models is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, Ecommerce, and CRM strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of working effectively with external agencies.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $107,000 to $139,000 CAD. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally:
