Role at a glance
This is a full-time, Director-level position operating under a hybrid work model. You will be based out of one of our California offices in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or Riverside, balancing your time between collaborative in-office days and remote work. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing to drive brand awareness and lead high-impact B2B initiatives.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand visibility across all digital channels and email campaigns.
- Lead the creation of multi-channel marketing efforts, including advertising, events, and content initiatives, while ensuring every touchpoint is unforgettable.
- Use data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize our digital presence, and refine our approach to B2B loyalty and broker engagement.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within real estate or industrial sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with a master’s degree being a plus.
- Expertise in brand development, email marketing, and CRM systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience.
- Superior writing skills and a strict adherence to AP style.
- An entrepreneurial mindset paired with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Perks and compensation
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $136,000 to $180,000. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a 25% discretionary annual bonus and long-term stock incentives.
