About the Role
We are searching for a Director, Marketing Technology and Operations to join us on a full-time basis. In this executive-level position, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for overseeing our marketing systems, innovation strategies, and operations. You will manage a talented team of four managers, covering the areas of performance marketing, email marketing, product management, and marketing operations, ensuring that our technology stack is both efficient and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our marketing technology stack, including tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CDPs.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing clear KPIs, managing performance dashboards, and using data analytics to provide actionable insights that improve campaign ROI.
- Mentor and develop a team of four managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing marketing teams.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with data analytics and measuring marketing performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
