We are seeking a Director, Marketing Strategy and Analytics to join our team in a hybrid capacity at our San Jose, California office. Responsibilities
- Own our data insights by analyzing spend, customer profiles, and browsing behavior to craft compelling narratives that inform our marketing strategy.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with our CMO and other executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our Field Marketing, Growth Marketing, and SDR leaders to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Evaluate the health of marketing campaigns by diagnosing key metrics like lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and overall ROI.
- Integrate account-level data from various sources, including our CRM system and data warehouse platforms.
- Design and optimize high-impact dashboards in Tableau to track campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 12 years of experience in consulting, data analysis, or analytics roles.
- Expertise in aggregating and analyzing large data sets, with strong proficiency in SQL and experience integrating data warehouse platforms like Snowflake.
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs and a natural talent for data-driven storytelling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, including digital attribution, web analytics, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Salesforce, with a focus on user experience and design.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working across diverse stakeholder teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Three to four years of experience in data science, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as Python or R.
- Experience using data pipeline tools to automate the collection of marketing data from various APIs and platforms.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $161,000 to $230,000 USD.
