The opportunity
As our Director of Marketing Programs, you will lead the charge in shaping our full-funnel marketing strategy across North America and Europe. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from capturing new logos to driving renewals and expansions. You will guide a talented team of demand and communications professionals, ensuring our programs are cohesive, frictionless, and optimized for return on investment. By partnering closely with our Revenue Team, you will ensure that our marketing efforts directly translate into pipeline growth and bookings, helping us achieve our ambitious company objectives.
A day in the life
- You will architect and execute integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of channels including webinars, events, digital media, and SEO to keep our audience engaged throughout their journey.
- You will manage marketing budgets and set clear performance targets, using data-driven analytics to measure success and provide high-level reports to leadership.
- You will collaborate across the organization to align our messaging and strategy, ensuring a seamless handoff between marketing and our sales and business development teams.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing leader with at least 7 years of experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership position within the SaaS industry. You have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and a proven ability to manage complex, full-funnel programs. You are comfortable presenting your vision to the C-suite and have the resourcefulness to navigate a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:
- Expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, with the ability to define KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative spirit that helps you lead diverse teams effectively.
- A strategic mindset that balances high-level planning with the tactical execution needed to drive measurable results.
