The role

We are hiring a Director of Marketing Measurement Strategy to join our Global Marketing Analytics organization on a full-time, hybrid basis. This director-level position leads a small team and reports to the Senior Director of Global Marketing Analytics. You will shape how we measure marketing performance worldwide and guide investment decisions that drive sustainable growth.

Core responsibilities

  • Define and evolve our global measurement framework, including KPI selection, prioritization, and continuous optimization across markets and channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish OKRs that track progress against strategic priorities and translate business questions into a prioritized learning agenda supported by rigorous testing and modeling.
  • Allocate and optimize marketing spend using Marketing Mix Modeling and experimentation, then deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership that improve performance at scale.

Skills and experience

  • Ten or more years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a closely related discipline, with deep expertise in incrementality testing, experimental design, and Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading analytics teams and delivering large-scale, multi-region initiatives that influence marketing strategy and investment.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling using Python, R, or comparable tools, plus hands-on experience with media-platform measurement capabilities at Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Excellent project-management skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters is $244,024 to $341,634 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer equity compensation through annual awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
