About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Marketing Campaigns to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership role, you will report to the VP of Performance Marketing and oversee the strategy and execution of our marketing campaigns. You will guide a team of managers to develop multi-channel initiatives that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across both B2B and B2C audiences. This position is perfect for a strategic thinker who is also comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of high-impact marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our quarterly campaign planning process to ensure alignment, visibility, and collaboration across all internal teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and effectively reach our target audiences.
  • Mentor and manage a team of campaign managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns that produce measurable results.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, such as paid media, email, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various departments.

Location

This is a remote position. While we are headquartered in Denver, we hire team members who can work full-time from any of the following 32 states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and Washington D.C.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $197,500. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for variable compensation and company stock options. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
