The opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Director of Marketing Analytics to lead our efforts in delivering commercial impact through data. In this role, you will strategically apply insights across our marketing channels and programs to optimize our marketing mix. You will be a key leader within our global marketing team, working on complex projects that utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques. This is a perfect fit for a self-motivated leader who is passionate about solving problems and building teams that prioritize testing, learning, and optimizing customer lifetime value.
A day in the life
- You will identify, develop, and execute data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness by analyzing customer behavior, sales performance, and third-party data.
- You will lead the development of advanced analytic models while partnering with data engineering and revenue operations to ensure consistent data structures across our systems.
- You will collaborate with the global marketing team to define KPIs and present strategic findings to executive leadership, effectively translating complex data into actionable narratives.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative field. You hold an advanced degree, such as a Master’s or Ph.D., in a domain like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics. You possess a deep understanding of market research methods and are proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Tableau, and AWS Redshift. Your technical toolkit includes SQL, ETL processes, and SPSS, and you are comfortable with predictive modeling and regression analysis. Beyond your technical skills, you have a proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing, diverse teams, and you excel at communicating complex insights to influence stakeholders at all levels.
