Director Manager, Marketing at Biobot Analytics

At Biobot we turn everyday wastewater into a powerful public-health data source, helping cities track disease trends and guide real-time decisions. We are a fast-moving, mission-driven team that has already reached nearly 500 communities across 43 states, and we are looking for a strategic marketing leader to help us scale our impact even further.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, remote Director-level position. You will lead our marketing function, guiding both day-to-day execution and long-range strategy while working closely with sales, product, and subject-matter experts across the organization.

What will you do?

• Shape and deliver a full-funnel content program-case studies, white papers, ROI calculators, and slide decks-that fuels education, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across search, social, programmatic, email, and content syndication channels, always measuring results against ambitious pipeline targets.
• Manage the marketing budget, track performance data, and turn complex analytics into clear recommendations that keep leadership informed and teams aligned.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring seven to ten years of progressive digital marketing experience, including hands-on work in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences. You are fluent in paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content syndication, webinars, and marketing-automation platforms, and you have managed a modern MarTech stack such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ZoomInfo. You have a proven ability to create high-converting content, run disciplined A/B tests, and translate data into actionable insights. Strong collaboration skills, comfort presenting to executives, and the drive to build processes in a growing startup round out your profile. English fluency is required, and prior startup experience or deep biotechnology knowledge is a plus.
