At Pomelo Care, our mission is to transform the standard of care for pregnant individuals and newborns. We are a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers dedicated to improving health outcomes by reducing preterm births, NICU admissions, and maternal mortality. By leveraging our technology-driven platform, we provide personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy and the first postpartum year. We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team and help us scale our impact by driving patient growth and optimizing our enrollment funnel.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy focused on the patient journey to exceed our enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
- You will lead, coach, and nurture a high-performing team while managing the marketing budget and external vendor relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
- You will conduct ongoing experiments across various channels, such as email and SMS, while analyzing performance data to refine our strategy and ensure full compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA and TCPA.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in consumer or B2B2C lifecycle marketing, ideally within a fast-growing virtual care or consumer brand environment.
- A proven history of hitting aggressive growth KPIs and successfully leading teams through periods of rapid expansion.
- Deep technical proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
- A creative and scrappy mindset that allows you to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including Outreach, Product, and Clinical departments.
What you'll get
